Rudy is an inmate at Arkham Asylum.
Biography
Rudy and Aaron Helzinger got into a fight after Rudy called Aaron fat. Edward Nygma stepped in and told Aaron that a ghost named Lucy made Rudy say that. Later, Rudy gives Nygma the ammonia he requested.[1]
