The Gotham Museum of Art is an art museum located in Gotham City.

History[]

Edward Nygma snuck a bomb into the Museum to get people out of the Museum, so he can leave clues for the police to find.

Jim Gordon and Harvey Bullock went to the Museum where Mr. Thatch told them about the paintings that Nygma sprayed green question marks on them. Jim discovered the meanings on them due to the hints placed on the paintings left by Nygma.[1]

  • The Gotham Museum of Art is a recurring location in DC Comics.
  • This is the second live-action version of the Gotham Museum of Art. The Gotham City Art Museum previously also made an appearance in the 1966 TV series Batman. Following the end of Gotham, the Gotham Art Museum also appeared in the 2019 TV series Batwoman.
