Frankie is the son of Jim Gordon and Leslie Thompkins in Jim's hallucination.
Biography
When Jim goes on a hallucination, he sees himself having a family with Lee. However, Frankie, Julie and Lee all disappear, putting Jim in a panic.[1]

- In the comics Jim Gordon would end up having a son named James Gordon, Jr., who in turn becomes a supervillain.
