Xi Lu is a bookkeeper.

Biography

After being sent to Xi Lu by Charlie Griggs, Jim Gordon and Harvey Dent attempted to ask him about his business relationship with Gillian Loeb. After denying knowing Commissioner Loeb, Dent threatened Xi Lu, telling him that they could have a dozen cops and ADAs there in seconds, who would confiscate all the money Xi Lu and his associates had in the place, and that he would go to jail. Soon after Xi Lu received a call, after ending the call, he signaled for his associates to attack the two while leaving the room.

• In the 2013 video game, Batman: Arkham Origins, Batman encounters an assassin working for the Penguin named Qin Lu. Xi Lu could possibly be a reference to Qin and given the timeline of the show, an older relative.
