Shelly Lawson was a victim of the original Spirit of the Goat, Randall Milkie.
Biography[]
Shelly Lawson was a wealthy Gotham socialite from one of the city's first families. After gazing from her balcony and attempting to return inside her loft, she was abducted and later murdered by Randall Milkie. Her body was later found by Detectives Dix and Bullock.[1]
