Robert "Frogman" Jones was a patient at Arkham Asylum.

Biography

A patient at Arkham Asylum, Jones had electroshock therapy performed on him by Jack Buchinsky, forcing him to interrupt his fellow inmates' performance of The Tempest, causing him to attack Royston, and prompting the other inmates to riot. He was later examined by Dr. Leslie Thompkins.
