Carl was an inmate of Arkham Asylum that escaped with Jerome Valeska.
History[]
After escaping from Arkham Asylum, Carl was treated as a butler by Jerome at the Van Dahl Mansion. When he was serving food, he didn’t use tongs, which angered Jerome.
Later he is killed by Jerome Valeska.
